How does One Fine Bloom and Bakes work?

Customers can select from our uniquely crafted designed floral arrangements and baked goods that can be personalised and uniquely gift boxed.

At One Fine Bloom and Bakes we focus on freshness for both a flowers and our baked goods. Once products are selected by the customer and payment is completed online, we will then prepare the orders and deliver them straight to the door, with the confirmation notification sent to the sender.

Customisation of orders and Add-on gift options are available.

Where do you deliver and is there a delivery fee?

 We deliver across Melbourne. Delivery fees are calculated by km/radius basis.

The delivery cost will be added to your order during the checkout process and the price you pay is determined by the delivery postcode you enter. 

When should I place my order?

 Same Day Delivery - Monday to Saturday :
Orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Flower deliveries usually occur between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Please note that these delivery times will likely be extended during busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

What delivery information should I include?

Making your Selection on the products your after:
Simply browse our selection of flowers, baked goods and gifts via the homepage of our website.

Purchasing:
Once you have made your selection, select which size you wish to order and add any special extras to your shopping cart. Then proceed to the checkout.

Processing Your Payment:
Follow the steps to complete the Order Form, making sure that you complete all the * required fields.

Any additional information can be entered in the ‘Extra Information’ field.

After reviewing your order and checking that everything is correct, click the 'submit' button to send your order to us.

What happens if nobody is home at the time of delivery?

The order will be placed outside the delivery location in a cool/covered/protected area unless otherwise specified in the delivery instructions when the order is placed.


Apartment buildings can be difficult to deliver to, if there is somewhere in particular you would like the flowers left please let us know via the 'Special Instructions' field at the checkout.

Ensure the recipients contact number is added to the order form so contact can be made if necessary.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not happy with the flowers or gift received, we kindly ask that you contact our team for review within 72 hours from the time of purchase via our email. A photograph of the flowers or gift is requested in order for us to determine the issue.

A response will usually be given within 24 hours of receiving the photo.

If non-delivery is the issue, we require notification within 1 week of the order being sent. We will however always look at things on a case-by-case basis and in that instance a redelivery or refund may be offered.

Refunds are processed within 3 – 7 business days of the customer being notified that their request for a full or partial refund has been granted. Funds are returned same way depending on their method of payment.



Flowers

Are there any recommendations on how to care for the flowers?

It is recommended you re-cut all stems approximately 2-3cm and on an angle when first received. Keep flowers in a cool place and away from draughts and heaters.

You can use a few drops of bleach as an alternative to flower food preservative.

Clean/wash the vase thoroughly and re-fill with fresh water every 3 days to preserve the longevity of the flowers. 

 

 What size Bouquets do you offer?

We have a primary range of bouquets with four sizes to choose from: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large - available in both colour or white.

Additionally, we have a wide range of limited-edition bouquets for seasonal flowers, vase arrangements and premium luxe bouquets. These vary in size and colour and made to the value paid.

How will I know that my flowers have been delivered?

 You will receive a delivery confirmation email to confirm that your gift has been delivered.

 

Will my flowers look exactly like the picture?

The types of flowers/foliage we use and colours will change seasonally. We will endeavour to make it look as similar to the picture as possible and create a beautiful  bouquet with the freshest flowers.

With the freshest of flowers used, there may be a few in your bouquet that have not yet bud. These unopened flowers will bloom over the next couple of days.

Cake & Bakes

Can you customise or alter the flavours / decorations that are listed on your website?

Unfortunately, we cannot customise the range that is listed on the website, as we do cater to a large number of orders per day.

What are the sizes and flavours of your cakes?

We offer 2 sizes of our cakes which increase in diameter. The height of our cakes are between 5-7 inches depending the type of decorations. The 2 sizes are available for all Flavours.


6 inch diameter -  serves approximately  12
7 inch diameter -  serves approximately 17

 

What flavours are available?

We offer 5 flavours:

  • Marble  Mud Cake
  • Cookies and Cream Mud
  • Strawberries and Cream Mud

How long can I consume my cake from delivery?

The cakes is best consumed on the day of delivery, our cakes last up to 5 days from delivery if stored in the refrigerator.

Do your products contain nuts?

The cakes may contain traces of nuts. It is recommended to read the full product description for ingredients and whether the product contains nuts or simply traces of nuts.

What are your cake mix ingredients?
